HOW THE ORDER PROCESS WORKS:
After completion of PayPal checkout, you will be emailed a download link where you may download your product immediately.
If you have trouble with the download link, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm you as a paid customer and quickly remedy the situation by providing a different download link, or by sending the actual file(s) directly to your email address.

REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of our product, and the extremely low prices we charge, we cannot offer any refunds except in rare cases where an actual event takes place warranting a refund.
You are protected under PayPal, but rest assured that the products we deliver are exactly as described. Images of the actual files are used to create the zoomable thumbnails we use on this site... So you will not run into the experience of the colors in the delivered product being less vivid than those shown on the site. If anything, the quality is much better because some resolution is lost when making the thumbnails.

NOTE REGARDING IMAGE USAGE:
Those purchasing our images MAY use them for commercial purposes, and ROYALTY FREE, as long as what is being sold does not pose direct competition for Kinetic Paper Art. An example of misuse would be the manipulation of our digital images for resale, such as changing the size, resolution, colors, or background to include in a digital scrapbooking kit.
An example that WOULD BE ALLOWED is using the image with other webpage graphics as part of the design of a commercial site, as long as that site does not sell the image as a product and steps are taken to make sure the quality is altered in such a way as to deter others from wanting to obtain it illegally.
Any and all usage for "physical" (or "real world") commercial products IS ALLOWED and ENCOURAGED. This includes the making of "antique like" reproductions, doll house miniatures, etc. It also includes using the images in a crafting or classroom setting where tuition is charged. We love that! It's what we do here for ourselves and is how this business got started...
And of course, ANY and ALL NON-COMMERCIAL PERSONAL usage (such as home crafts, school projects, or gift giving), as long as the product was purchased legally from Kinetic Paper Art, is also ALLOWED and ENCOURAGED.

PRIVACY POLICY: We do not store information period. Any information you submit on the contact form page is used to generate the email being sent to us, and is used by us only for the ability to respond back to you. Afterward, it is discarded. We do not make money mining data.
